Step By Step Golf Swing Path

Here are the motions of a full golf swing path from beginning to actual ball impact

Phase 1: You can incorporate these tips in your golf swing drills. Align yourself perfectly with the flag. Also make sure that there are no rocks, leaves sticks or anything that can potentially get in the way. Place body parallel to the line so you can positions yourself to start the perfect golf swing. If you happen to not follow these guidelines you can really harm you shot.

Phase 2: Hold your hands in the right manner. Rest the head of the golf club close to the ball’s backside as close as possible with out moving the ball. Make sure to have the club held in your left hand with your fingers draped over the top. This is the standard way although there are many that prefer using the right hand. Grip the club so that it won’t budge at all! But make sure it is a relaxed grip.

Phase 3: While having it in the correct position with your left hand prepare your right hand placement. Hold the club using your right hand slight ahead of the left thumb to begin the correct golf swing path.

Phase 4: Finding the correct golf swing grip for you. When dealing with golf swing instruction this phase is very important as using an uncomfortable grip will spell disaster. Try to find a your style but a grip called the “overlapping grip” is the one that is most commonly favored. It is basically putting you right pinky finger right in the middle of your left hand’s pointer and middle fingers. Another style of grip which is my personal favorite is what is called the interlocking grip”. This is where your right pinky and your left pointer are locked with one another. I use this because my hands are smaller than my daughters and she is eleven and the sad part is I’m am being totally serious. If you have quite smaller hands than what may be a good fit is the “baseball bat” style golf swing grip.

Phase 5: Correct Stance
Now what we want to accomplish with our stance is having complete leverage before we swing the golf swing path.
Make sure to keep your feet shoulder width apart and place your body in line with your swing direction Place the right leg about twelve inches in front of you. This stance will enable you to use your weight as leverage to carry out the full golf swing. Afterwards, turn the left foot slightly in the outer direction as it gives you an opening to carry out your final phase of the correct golf swing path. Arch your torso forward just a tad. One of the biggest and most common mistakes in a golf swing is bending froward too far. It is very easy to just bend forward but try to resist. Next your legs should be slightly bent and your hands straight in front of you elbows locked but relaxed. Put a some weight on your toes.

Phase 6: Begin the final swing Key thing here is turning and not just the turning of the arms but of the entire core. Do not worry about the arms they will go with the motion so do not focus on swinging the arms as much as rotating your torso. Relax your whole body and do not be tense.
Now you want to use this rotation to begin the back golf swing techniques. At this point all parts of your body move coordinated and in unison.
Then you push the down swing by shifting your weight to your left foot. During this movement your arms and hands will be carried along to impact the golf ball and do not forget to continue the entire motion sustaining your form until the ball’s descent.
Use this quick golf swing guide and it will enable you to achieve a better path swing.
